1) Information we collect

A) Information you provide: We may collect name, email address, phone number (if provided), account information and preferences, and data you enter, upload, generate, or store in the software (e.g. sales invoices, supplier bills, expenses, reports, and related records). B) Subscription and payment (when you pay): When you subscribe and pay, we may collect plan, subscription duration, status (active/canceled), payment amount, currency, date/time, transaction ID and status (successful/failed/refunded). Important: We do not collect or store credit card or debit card details (card number, CVV, expiry). Card information is processed by secure payment gateways. C) Information collected automatically: We may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time on site, referral source, usage events, and analytics/advertising identifiers where applicable. D) Free tools, ZATCA QR Code Scanner: The free ZATCA QR Code Scanner asks for your mobile number and your consent before it shows the result. We collect your mobile number and country; the consent you gave and when you gave it; the page language; how you provided the invoice (camera, image, pasted text, PDF, or XML, the method only); the page address and the page you came from; and campaign attribution parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click IDs). We do not collect the invoice you scan or its contents (seller, VAT number, amounts, hashes): it is processed in your browser and is not sent to or stored by Haseem. We use this data so the Haseem team can contact you by phone or WhatsApp about e-invoicing. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Your browser remembers the number you submitted on that device for 30 days, using local storage, so we do not ask again. To ask for deletion or to withdraw your consent, write to info@haseem.com.

2) Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and improve performance; remember certain settings where applicable; measure usage and analyze performance; and support advertising, conversion measurement, and retargeting where applicable. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site performance or certain features.

3) How we use information

We use information to create accounts and deliver the Services; process subscriptions and payments (without storing card details); improve product experience and develop features; communicate about accounts, support, operational updates, and billing; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; prevent fraud, abuse, and protect security; and run analytics and improve marketing performance in general.

4) Analytics, advertising, and measurement tools

We may use analytics, measurement, and marketing tools to understand site and campaign performance and improve user experience. This may include analytics and event measurement tools, advertising and retargeting tools, and conversion measurement across ad platforms. These tools may include providers such as (non-exhaustive): Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp), Snap, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and similar analytics/measurement providers.

5) When we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only: (1) Service providers: vendors supporting hosting, analytics, support, measurement, and payment processing under appropriate protections. Payment providers may process card data, but Haseem does not store it. (2) Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or official request. (3) Protection of rights: to protect Haseem, users, and prevent fraud or security threats. (4) Corporate transactions: in case of merger, acquisition, or restructuring, data may transfer as part of the transaction consistent with this Policy.

6) Data retention

We retain personal data and/or account data for 90 days by default for operations, support, and security, unless longer retention is required for legal/regulatory compliance, to protect rights and resolve disputes, or under contractual obligations.

7) Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system is 100% secure.

8) Your rights and choices

The Services are not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
