1) Definitions

User/Customer: any person or entity using the Services. Account: your user account used to access the Services. Subscription: a paid plan (monthly/annual) or any plan activated through the Services. Data: information, records, files, or documents you submit, upload, generate, or store in the Services ("Customer Data"). Content: any text, design, interfaces, code, outputs, or materials included in the Services.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You will use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3) Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at info@haseem.com.

4) Scope of Services

Haseem provides accounting, e-invoicing, and accounting software as made available within the product and your Subscription plan. Features and usage limits may vary by plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services for operational, security, or regulatory reasons.

5) Fees, Subscriptions & Billing

Prices are shown before payment and may be subject to applicable taxes/fees. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to your billing cycle (monthly/annual). Auto-renewal: unless you cancel before renewal, your Subscription may renew automatically based on available settings in the Services. We may update pricing or plan structures in the future; changes apply at renewal or as presented within the Services.

6) Refunds

14-day refund (first payment only): new customers may request a full refund of their first payment within 14 days from the initial transaction date. After 14 days from the first payment, fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period (except the 14-day first payment rule above).

7) Cancellation & Plan Changes

You may cancel or change plans through your Account (if available) or by contacting support. Plan changes may take effect based on the billing cycle and the upgrade/change flow available in the Services.

8) Acceptable Use

You may not: use the Services for unlawful purposes; attempt to hack, disrupt, or probe the Services without authorization; upload malware or harmful content, or send spam; use automated processes to scrape or extract data at scale without consent; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

9) Intellectual Property

The Services and all related intellectual property (name, trademarks, designs, interfaces, code, and content) are owned by Haseem or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your Subscription and compliance with these Terms.

10) Customer Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of Customer Data. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of Customer Data. Our handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11) Third-Party Services

The Services may include integrations or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

12) Support

Support is available at info@haseem.com. Support does not include professional legal, tax, or accounting advice.

13) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required by law/regulatory requests, or to protect the Services and users. You may stop using the Services at any time by canceling.

14) Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, tax, or accounting advice.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Haseem is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. In all cases, Haseem's total liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haseem from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights through your Customer Data or activity.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within our website/Services, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. We are not required to provide individual notice of changes.

18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts in the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

19) General

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.
